15-Day Warranty (Parts and Labor)
- Coverage: This warranty covers all parts purchased from and replaced by us, as listed on this receipt.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues resulting from physical or liquid damage to the device after the date of this invoice.
- Additional Repairs: For any other repairs or products not listed, please ask the technician for warranty information.
Refund Policy
- Refunds: No cash or credit card refunds. Store credit only for returned items.
- Custom Built PCs: Cannot be refunded or exchanged due to their custom nature.
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW
By bringing your personal device for maintenance or repair to Noble PC, you understand and agree to the following:
- Hidden Issues: Due to the nature of electronics repair, Noble PC employees cannot accurately identify hidden issues inside your electronic equipment. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for devices that are no longer operational after we attempt repair.
- Liability Release: You release Noble PC from all liability related to your electronic equipment. Noble PC cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for non-operational devices after repair or attempted repair, or for loss of information such as contacts, calendar, ringtones, music, and all other end-user data during the repair process.
- Repair Estimates: A Noble PC technician will provide an estimate of when the repair or maintenance will be finished. If this estimate changes, the technician will reach out to the email address or phone number on file for notification.
- Peripheral Devices: You are responsible for picking up all peripheral devices, accessories, and/or media. Noble PC is not responsible for the subsequent loss of any items that may have been left behind.
- Unclaimed Equipment: Equipment not picked up and/or not paid for after thirty (30) calendar days will become the sole property of Noble PC.
- Bench Fee: I agree to pay a non-refundable bench fee of $35 to Noble PC for attempting to repair my device. If repairable, the bench fee will be waived.
